Galley modifications :
- KSSU Galley modification to accept ATLAS meal carts, ovens and stowage boxes. The galley rework may require raising the galley workdek and redistribute the galley inserts (ovens, coffee makes, etc.). Stress analysis, interface loads calculations and required.
- Galley insert replacements includes but it is not limited to ovens, coffee makers, expresso machines and standard box compartments.
- Galley chiller removals.
